Fairmont ES Utility Installation Portables Phase 2

Provide utility connections for two portable classrooms and one restroom portable. Utilities include power, water, sewer, and low voltage. Provide paving and patching at the base of the portable ramps. Provide site grading and paving to install PG&E utility connection.
