Maintenance Yard Roof Replacement
The project consists of the demolition and disposal of the existing roof. Furnish and install one layer of 60 mil of TPO roofing. Furnish and install underlayment substrate sheeting Rafters. Furnish and replace 12 joists with 2x6 dimensional lumber hung with Simpson strong-tie hangers, and new 3/4" CDX 5 plywood.
