Grant Elementary School Wall and Roof Repairs

The Project consists of: Demolish plywood siding & vaper barrier (including secondary layers) to face of studs. Modify gas piping as indicated and reroute. Demolish built-up roofing. Demolish concealed sheet metal gutter. Prepare existing roof surfaces to receive new roofing work. Provide and install coating over existing built-up roofing and flash to all existing elements. Provide and install single ply roofing membrane over new rigid insulation board and cover board. Provide and install 3-coat cement stucco system over new continuous plywood sheathing and weather barrier. Paint new surfaces as indicated on the drawings.
