The project includes removal of existing boilers and related piping, installation of new heat recovery condensing curb mounted units. Path of travel improvements including hallway flooring, door hardware replacement and paving. Scope also includes drinking fountain, one unisex restroom, and sink cabinets. New 3 phase enclosure and new MSB-Main Switchboard.
