The project consists of furnishing and installation of technology equipment and accessories to provide complete functional system.

The West Contra Costa Unified School District (“District”) is requesting submission of a statement of qualifications (“SOQ(s)”), and proposals for the District’s Kennedy High School Modernization Project, Richmond High School Modernization Project, and Stege Elementary School Modernization Project.

The selected Firm shall perform design (preparation of plans and specifications), construction, installation, programming, field testing and commissioning services (“Services”) for the replacement of the Stege Elementary School campus at the Stege Elementary School site (“Site”). The selected Firm shall perform the Services within the Project Schedule and Project Budget, all as further detailed in Attachment 1, and based on the District’s Educational Specifications and Designated Materials and Product Standards attached hereto as Attachment 2 (together, the “Project Criteria”). This is the “Project.”

The Project consists of relocating the existing panels and equipment for the Fire Alarm System, Clock/Speaker System, Security Alarm System, and Telephone System from existing MDF Room to new MDF Room in Bldg. 300. All of these systems will need cabling connections restored or provided between the new MDF and the IDFs located in other buildings on the campus including the portable buildings. The scope of work also includes framing a new wall and door to the new MDF room and replacing a water heater.

The WCCUSD is seeking a security contractor to provide nightly mobile security patrol services (unarmed), weekend and 24hr Holiday coverage for all District owned properties.

The project consists of furnishing and installation of chain-link fencing and gates, including all accessories.

The modernization of Kennedy High School is a transformational project of the entire campus including new construction and modernization of remaining buildings. The school site will remain operational throughout construction with the project being separated into three phases.

The West Contra Costa Unified School District (“District”) is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified persons, firms, partnerships corporations, associations, or professional organizations (“Firm(s)”) for fire alarm testing and inspection services (“Services”) at all District facilities as described herein.
