RFQP - Bridging Architect Design Services for Lake Elementary School

This project is a campus replacement of Lake Elementary School with new construction designed for a student capacity of 500-550 students. As an occupied campus phased construction and the possibility of needing temporary housing may be required to allow for full school operation during construction. The site has limitations from a flood plain and vehicular access points.
