The scope includes foundation and anchorage, accessible ramp and landing, accessible path of travel, utility connections, fire alarm connection, grading and drainage, signage, and related site improvements.

All prospective Bidders are required to sign in. Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
