Two Mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at 2900 Pinole Valley Road, Pinole, CA on THURSDAY, MAY 6TH, 2021 and TUESDAY, MAY 11TH, 2021, @ 10:00 AM. Failure to attend at least one site visit will render Contractor’s bid ineligible.

Prospective bidders are notified that to bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to have been prequalified by the District. In addition, all subcontractors with the following license classifications that intend to bid as a first-tier subcontractor to a general contractor (prime contractor) that is bidding directly to the District are required to have been prequalified by the District: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46. All prequalification questionnaires will be received until WEDNESDAY, MAY 26TH, 2021 @ 4:00 PM, and must be uploaded directly to the online bidding plan room “Prequalification Questionaire Upload for Pinole Valley High School Fields, Field House and Bleachers” at www.wccusdplanroom.com
